How we write

We label seller claims as seller claims, prefer primary and authoritative health sources, avoid invented firsthand experience, and distinguish ingredient evidence from finished-product evidence.

Health content

We do not diagnose, prescribe, or present dietary supplements as proven treatments when the evidence does not support that conclusion. Material safety claims should be sourced and updated when guidance changes.

Corrections

When reliable new information materially changes a page, we update the page rather than preserving an outdated conclusion for conversion purposes.
